Email your drawings, dimensions, species, and finish preferences. Within one business day, our team responds with design recommendations, any spec questions, and a quote.

Order sign-off

Once your order is placed, we send an official confirmation along with redrawn production plans. You review and sign off on the final details before we begin crafting.

We craft your order

Every piece is individually handcrafted at our Maungaturoto factory. We build precisely to your exact approved specifications, ensuring absolute trade quality.

Delivered to site or shop

We deliver direct to your business or job site ready to install. Everything arrives carefully packaged, fully backed by our product warranty and ready to install.

Our factory is in Maungaturoto, Northland, and we deliver to project sites from Kaitaia to Invercargill. Smaller courier items usually arrive within 1–3 days nationwide.
